Day 6 - After workout Nutrition Shake

Got my Ipod set to go

Then 30 minutes of cardio to start out the day.

Had a great workout and feeling good. My heart rate should be elevated for a while longer thus burning more calories for the day.

Day 6 Weigh in. 166.2 lbs. Remember I am holding my camera so that ads 3 lbs. So my true weight is 163.2 lbs. I am down .4lbs from the previous day.
WEIGHT: 166.6 (-.6 lbs from previous day)
FIRST WORKOUT (before work)
- 30 minutes of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)
SECOND WORKOUT (after work)
- Cardio: 30 Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM
- Weights: Lower Back - 5 sets
- Time: About 10 minutes.
- Cardio: 20 min of Cardio on the Elliptical.
MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken only (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of cottage Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nutrition shake.
- Misc: various no cal drinks through out the day and plenty of water.
- Vitamins and supplements through out the day.




And finally - Today’s progress photos. Does not look like there is much progress as of yet. This should change by the last week.
