Day twelve - Weigh In

Day twelve Weigh In.

I lost about .2 lbs from the prior day.  The every day weigh details appear to go up and down with regards to how most weight I lax per day.  I am blissful yet which it is solemnly going down overall.

DAY 11 – COTTAGE CHEESE, CARB CONTROL SHAKE – BOILED EGG WHITES & JELLO

Day eleven - Cottage Cheese & Carb Control Shake

Again for my dusk meal.  I am carrying a low fat play of lodge cheese with blueberry yogurt.

Day eleven - Boiled Egg Whites and Lowfat Jello

Several hours after for my time to go to bed snack, it is about 6 fully cooked egg whites and a integrate low fat jello deserts.

I proposed off with thirty mins of Cardio.

Then on to the weights. Tonight I am operative out Back and Biceps. I work out usually one vital flesh organisation per week.

Day eleven - Evening Protein Supplement

I have proposed to take this protein addition in the early dusk prior to my dusk examination and prior to I eat dinner. This does a couple of profitable things.

- Helps keep my metabolic rate up by assisting my physique stay divided from starvation mode

- Gives me some-more protein to assistance with flesh growth

- good small mid-day grape snack

Because it is all protein and no carbs, I feel it assists in fat blazing by a multiple of the initial dual items. Higher metabolic rate with flesh expansion = reduction fat.
