Day 10 - Done shopping at walmart

I also had a bedtime snack of Boiled Egg Whites but did not get any pics taken. Was a good day today. I am curious to weigh myself in the morning for my start of Day 11 of my goal to loose 20 lbs in 30 days.

Now it is time to sleep like a baby :-)

A big bowl of cottage cheese with my Danon Light & Fit Blueberry Yogurt.   Fills me up pretty good for the night.  The evening is my weakest time when it comes to eating.  I am good during the day as I am very busy.  But once I start watching TV it gets harder not to eat.  So if you are trying to loose weight, try to watch less TV.

Here you can see what I am getting:

1) Eggs for my hard boiled egg whites in the evening

2) The Advant Edge Carb Control shakes

3) Sara Lee 100% Whole wheat bread with only 1 gram of sugar

4) Jello Sugar free snacks

I am not getting any cottage cheese as I am stacked up pretty good on that :-)

I think I found the bread I was looking for. Seems to be low calorie, 100% whole wheat, not very much sugar and only about 18 grams of carbs. It also has 5 grams of fiber which is good. I like that Sugar is not the second ingredient.

I like these snacks in the evening as they are only 10 calories. They don’t keep me full for very long though. But they are nice to have nonetheless.
