OMG!!!! we listened which the initial wk. or so was the small uncomfortable, HA!! we one after another to take it & we have never felt worse. My digestive process has slowed down & my constipation is worse. Trust me, do not try this, do not rubbish your income or wellbeing. Rose Hamel .
