Day 1 - Summary

WEIGHT: 171 Lbs

FIRST WORKOUT (before work)

- 30 minutes of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)
SECOND WORKOUT (after work)

- Cardio: 30 Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM

- Weights: 4 sets of the cable Chess Press

- Weights: 4 sets of the cable seated Fly

- Weights: 4 sets of cable Triceps

- Time: About 20 minutes.

- Cardio: 20 min of Cardio on the bike.

MEALS:

- First Meal: Chicken only (From a large sandwich at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of cottage Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex Carbsense Nutrition Shake.

- misc: various drinks no cal through out the day and plenty of water.

Nice Bath

Had a very good first day.  My muscles are a little sore, I feel refreshed and exhausted at the same time.  It is a good exhausted though.  Feels awesome to be working out again.  I look forward to see what the next 30 days brings.

After this it is a little bit of TV and then off to bed.

Vitamins

Since I am eating a very restricted diet.  I have to make sure I take all my vitamins.  I will explain what I take and why later on as I have to catch up on my posts and pictures.  I am currently a few days behind.

Tape Measure

I forgot to post this picture earlier of my waste measurement. Looks like it is about 37 inches at my widest point. Will be very interesting to see what this measurement is in 30 days.

Day 1 - Dinner - Cottage Cheese and blueberry yogurt

My Evening meal. It is actually very good. Very filling, high protein, little carbs and digests very slowly so it keeps you full longer.

Day 1 - Myoplex Carb sense

Dinner also includes a Myoplex Carbsense Nutrition shake. This is the best protein shake I have ever had. It tastes awesome and best of all it is only 150 calories. As you can see it has 25 grams of protein, only 5 grams of carbs and no sugar.
