FIRST WORKOUT (before work)
- thirty mins of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)
SECOND WORKOUT (after work)
- Cardio: thirty Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM
- Weights: 4 sets of the wire Chess Press
- Weights: 4 sets of the wire seated Fly
- Weights: 4 sets of wire Triceps
- Time: About twenty minutes.
- Cardio: twenty min of Cardio on the bike.
MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken usually (From a large sandwich at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex Carbsense Nutrition Shake.
- misc: assorted drinks no cal by out the day and copiousness of water.
