Day 2 - Weight loss, Diet, and Excercise Summary

WEIGHT: 167.8 (-4lbs from Day 1)

FIRST WORKOUT (before work)

- 30 minutes of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)

SECOND WORKOUT (after work)

- Cardio: 30 Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM

- Weights: Back - 4 sets of pulldown

- Weights: Back - 4 sets of rows

- Weights: Biceps - 4 sets of cable curls

- Time: About 20 minutes.

- Cardio: 20 min of Cardio on the bike.

MEALS:

- First Meal: Chicken only (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke

- Second Meal: Large Bowl of cottage Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nutrition shake.

- Misc: various no cal drinks through out the day and plenty of water.

Day 2 - Can’t sleep - Late night snack

Day 2 - Can't sleep - Late night snack

Well since I can not fall asleep right away tonight  I am starting to get hungry. Usually a peanut butter sandwich and Myoplex carb sense nutrition shake fit the bill. This Skippy is from what I had previously. I am still looking for an ok tasting natural peanut butter. I think I may have found a lead and will try Smuckers. As you can see in the photo below, I threw out the Smart Balance Peanut Butter as it was totally nasty.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness

Since I packed my Gym bag I can go straight to Anytime Fitness for my evening workout.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio

Start off with 30 minutes of Cardio

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Weights: Back

Then weights.  Tonight I am working on my back and biceps.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Weights: Back 2

A few rows.  This is a good exercise for the back.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Weights: Curls

Some Curls

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio on the bike

Then it is back to cardio to finish off with 20 minutes on the bike.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Done and time to head home

All done, we can not head home.  Feeling pretty good.
