DAY 2 – WEIGHT LOSS, DIET, AND EXCERCISE SUMMARY

FIRST WORKOUT (before work)
- thirty mins of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)
SECOND WORKOUT (after work)
- Cardio: thirty Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM
- Weights: Back – 4 sets of pulldown
- Weights: Back – 4 sets of rows
- Weights: Biceps – 4 sets of wire curls
- Time: About twenty minutes.
- Cardio: twenty min of Cardio on the bike.
MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.
- Misc: assorted no cal drinks by out the day and copiousness of water.
