DAY 2 – WEIGHT LOSS, DIET, AND EXCERCISE SUMMARY

WEIGHT: 167.8 (-4lbs from Day 1)

FIRST WORKOUT (before work)

- thirty mins of Cardio upon a Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)




SECOND WORKOUT (after work)

- Cardio: thirty Minutes upon a Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM

- Weights: Back – 4 sets of pulldown

- Weights: Back – 4 sets of rows

- Weights: Biceps – 4 sets of wire curls

- Time: About twenty minutes.

- Cardio: twenty min of Cardio upon a bike.

MEALS:

- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken during Quiznos) & a Diet Coke

- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.

- Misc: assorted no cal drinks by out a day as well as copiousness of water.

DAY 2 – CAN’T SLEEP – LATE NIGHT SNACK

Day 2 - Can't nap - Late night snack

Well given we can not tumble defunct right divided tonight  we am starting to get hungry. Usually a peanut butter sandwich as well as Myoplex carb clarity nourishment shake up fit a bill. This Skippy is from what we had previously. we am still seeking for an ok tasting healthy peanut butter. we consider we might have found a lead as well as will try Smuckers. As we can see in a print below, we threw out a Smart Balance Peanut Butter as it was all nasty.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness

Be Prepared – Don’t dont think about to take your Gym Bag. This is critical to move your Gym bag with we to work.  So afterwards after work we can go true to a gym prior to we go home.  Once we go home, we do not wish to leave again :-)
