Day 3 - Weight Loss, Diet, and Excercise Summary

WEIGHT: 167.2 (-.6 lbs from Day 2)

FIRST WORKOUT (before work)

- 30 minutes of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)

SECOND WORKOUT (after work)

- Cardio: 30 Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM

- Weights: Shrugs - 5 sets
- Weights: Abs - 5 sets
- Time: About 20 minutes.

- Cardio: 20 min of Cardio on the bike.

MEALS:

- First Meal: Chicken only (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke

- Second Meal: Large Bowl of cottage Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nutrition shake.

- Misc: various no cal drinks through out the day and plenty of water.

- Vitamins and supplements through out the day.

Well, had a great day today. Now for my treat. I also had a Myoplex with this but it is not pictured. I also did not get a chance to take some progress photos.

Day 3 - A few loose ends to tie up before bed

I was able to pick up some Smuckers natural peanut butter. I got both the plain natural and the natural wtih Honey. I will probably make my PB sandwiches half and half.

The rear label on the smuckers. Very basic. Peanuts and salt. Peanuts, Honey, Sugar, Salt. I may use very little of the Honey PB since it appears to have sugar.

Day three - Throw out the Jiffy

So now I threw out the skippy

After a great workout, I am now VERY hungry. This large bowl of cottage cheese and A Myoplex carb sense nutrition shake really hit the spot and do a great job of filling me up.
