Day 3 - Evening workout at Anytime Fitness
Sunday, December 24th, 2006
After work, I have my gym bag and head straight to Anytime Fitness.

I get my Ipod ready

Take a couple pre-work out Amino Acids. These are vital for muscle growth and thus stimulate more weight loss.

I start out with 30 minutes of Cardio

Then on to weights. Tonight I will be working the traps and Abs. Here I am doing shrugs.

Then on to some abs. Not doing to much with weights at this point since it is my first time back in the gym for a while. Will move it up quickly as my muscles adapt.

Then to finish the evening I do 20 minutes of cardio on the bike.

All done. Time to exit and head on home. I was at the gym for about an hour and 20 minutes.
