DAY 4 – WEIGHT LOSS, DIET, EXCERCISE SUMMARY

WEIGHT: 167.2 (no shift from prior day)




FIRST WORKOUT (before work)

- thirty mins of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)

SECOND WORKOUT (after work)

Joints were flattering bruise so I took the dusk off from operative out.
MEALS:

- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke

- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.

- Misc: assorted no cal drinks via the day and copiousness of water.

- Vitamins and supplements via the day.

DAY 4 – LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

Day 4 - attend to your body

After work currently I was all set to head to the gym for me dusk work out. However something did not feel right. My joints were flattering sore, and a couple of alternative teenager nuances. So I motionless to take the night off from operative out and let my physique take caring of itself. When you do a module such as this it is VERY critical you attend to your body. If something does not feel right take the day off.. You do not wish to harm yourself. If you do you won’t be means to examination at all.

Even yet I am lazy tonight I am still blazing calories as my muscles have been still bustling recouping from my weight light the final couple of nights.

A crony at work gave me a little of this.  Very interesting. It essentially has Green Tea in it that is great for you. However it additionally has Aspartame in it as well that is bad for you.  It is never a win win incident when it comes to snacks similar to this.

Day 4 - Morning Supplements

Forgot to discuss prior to the final post. After my initial examination I took my sunrise physique office building supplements to assistance with flesh growth. With this module we do not wish to lax any muscle. We wish to benefit muscle. The some-more flesh you have the some-more calories you burn. The some-more calories you burn, the reduction fat you will have.

I got my gym bag, had a great sunrise examination so right away I am off to Quiznos for my initial dish (mostly protein) of the day.
