DAY 4 – WEIGHT LOSS, DIET, EXCERCISE SUMMARY
Tuesday, December 26th, 2006WEIGHT: 167.2 (no shift from prior day)
FIRST WORKOUT (before work)
- thirty mins of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)
SECOND WORKOUT (after work)
Joints were flattering bruise so I took the dusk off from operative out.
MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.
- Misc: assorted no cal drinks via the day and copiousness of water.
- Vitamins and supplements via the day.
