Day 5 - Morning Cardio - First workout of the day.

First workout of the day. 30 minutes on the Elliptical. I feel totally rested now since I took off the previous nite. Muscles and joints all feel GOOD!!

Looks like I am down about .6 lbs from Day 4. Not to bad. Slowly making progress.
