DAY 6 – WEIGHT LOSS, DIET, EXCERCISE SUMMARY

WEIGHT: 166.6 (-.4 lbs from prior day)




FIRST WORKOUT (before work)

- thirty mins of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)

SECOND WORKOUT (after work)

- Cardio: thirty Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM

- Weights: Legs: Leg Press – 5 sets

- Weights: Legs: Leg Extensions – 5 sets

- Weights: Legs: Leg Curls – 5 sets

- Time: About thirty minutes.

- Cardio: twenty min of Cardio on the Bike.

MEALS:

- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke

- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.

- Bed Time break – 6 Boiled egg whites with seasoning.

- Misc: assorted no cal drinks by out the day and copiousness of water.

- Vitamins and supplements.

I AM CURRENTLY ABOUT 4 DAYS BEHIND IN POSTING MY PROGRESS

It is receiving a small bit some-more time afterwards I expected to get all these cinema and posts up. That is because Day 6 got separate over dual days. I am now 4 to 5 days at the back of in posting. Making really great swell and will get all the cinema & formula up ASAP.

DAY 6 – BEDTIME SNACK

Day 6 - Boiled Eggs - time to go to bed snack

For my time to go to bed break I am unequivocally starting to similar to the fully cooked egg whites. They keep me only as full as the Peanut Butter Sandwiches from earlier. But the eggs have been reduction calories, no fat and no carbs. They have been all protein. I customarily have about 6. They have been about fifteen calories a piece. Day 6 - Anytime Fitness

After the mall I headed true to Anytime Fitness as I have my Gym bag with me…

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio event 1

30 mins of Cardio on the EFX machine

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness - Leg Press

Then on to weights. Tonight I am operative on legs. It is the 6th day of the initial week. Tomorrow I am resting. So I motionless to save legs for the final night so they can get a full 48 hours of rest with no cardio in between.

So I begin with 5 sets of the leg press with medium/heavy weight…

Then on to 5 sets of leg extensions with middle to complicated weight

Then it is 5 sets of leg curls with middle to complicated weight. This one is tough as I do not think I fit on the appurtenance properly. I similar to the leg twist machines where you lay on your stomach. But for right away this will do…

Then I finish off tonight with twenty some-more mins of Cardio on the bike.
