FIRST WORKOUT (before work)
- thirty mins of Cardio upon a Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)
SECOND WORKOUT (after work)
- Cardio: thirty Minutes upon a Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM
- Weights: Legs: Leg Press – 5 sets
- Weights: Legs: Leg Extensions – 5 sets
- Weights: Legs: Leg Curls – 5 sets
- Time: About thirty minutes.
- Cardio: twenty min of Cardio upon a Bike.
MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken during Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.
- Bed Time break – 6 Boiled egg whites with seasoning.
- Misc: assorted no cal drinks by out a day as well as copiousness of water.
