- none. Day 7 is the rest day.
MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.
- Bed Time break – 6 Boiled egg whites with taste additive and a Myoplex Shake
- Misc: assorted no cal drinks by out the day and copiousness of water.
- Vitamins and supplements.
