Day 7 - Weigh In

Day 7 Weigh In. 165.2 - Wow, I am down one whole pound from the previous day. Awesome… I am thinking this could have had something to do with working out the large muscle group with heavy weights (Legs) and also having the egg whites as my bedtime snack rather then the Peanut Butter Sandwich. My body must have been very hard at work last night while I was sleeping. Could be other things in there as well. This is my first thought though.
