Day 8 - Vitamins and supplements

For dinner I still had my cottage cheese with blueberry yogurt plus am EAS Myoplex nutrition shake.

For my bedtime snack I also had about 4 to 6 boiled egg whites again.

Took this with my cell phone camera. No Quiznos today. Just a single Chicken Breast and egg whites. I ate around the yoke.

Day 8 - Morning Workout - 30 minutes of Cardio. This was my only workout today.. If it were any other day then Christmas, I would have worked out in the evening as well.
