The best healthy way is to reduce the existing calories in your body and also restricting the extra calories gain daily. You have to burn more calories in day in comparison to the calories you gain in a day. By restricting calories you can also make the changes in your metabolism. The main reason of your over weight is not eating of right diet. You can not control yourself. You have to make a strong will power that you will never take a food in which there are extra calories. The other main reason that you are fat and unhealthy is because you have disgusting Plaque and horrible little CTITTERS living in your Guts.
It is not to be ashamed in needing help with obesity. It is not impossible to loss the weight in today’s fast and easy market. First thing you have to do is, forget all things you did in past for weight losing just keep the one thing in mind that you will keep the weight loosing and keeping it off.
Circuit training is one of the methods which will help you in all these things in a circuit training method. You don’t need a fancy gym membership but if it helps go get it. You will need the following:
1) A gym (optional).
2) If you’re doing this on your own, you’ll need:
* Weights or
* Resistance cords.
3) 9 stations-3 resistance, 3 Aerobic, and 3 combinations
4) Timer
for each different exercise set up each station. Work with the resistance cords and give yourself some time to get used to them. Decide to spend one day per station getting familiar with the exercise. Then start the actual training circuit the following week.
* Circuit training is high reps & short rest–> Key to success.
* Set should last 10-15 seconds.
* Control time of set by weight choice & movement cadence.
* Slow controlled movement is best.
* Aerobic & anaerobic exercises combine for the BEST report.
