Day 11 - Quiznos - How to order

Well back to quiznos for lunch. I am still ordering my Honey Bourbon Chicken sandwich. In case you don’t know, here is how to order at Quiznos.

1) Tell them if you will be eating at the restaurant or take it to go.

2) Tell them what size sub and what kind. In my case this will be a Large and a Honey Bourbon chicken sandwich.

3) Tell them what type of bread. Wheat (yes) or white (no). I don’t know if it is 100% whole wheat. I will have to check on this. Since I don’t eat the bread I just tell them (either one is fine)

4) Make it a combo - or in my case, don’t make it a combo. I just get my drink and sub.

There you have it…

After my workout this morning I had an Advant Edge Carb Control Nutrition Shake.  It is funny when I took this photo my camera focused on the Fruits in the bowl…  I think this must be a sign that I need to eat more Fruits and Vegetables.

I also had a bedtime snack of Boiled Egg Whites but did not get any pics taken. Was a good day today. I am curious to weigh myself in the morning for my start of Day 11 of my goal to loose 20 lbs in 30 days.

Now it is time to sleep like a baby

Day 10 - Land O Lakes Fat Free Cottage Cheese

A big bowl of cottage cheese with my Danon Light & Fit Blueberry Yogurt.   Fills me up pretty good for the night.  The evening is my weakest time when it comes to eating.  I am good during the day as I am very busy.  But once I start watching TV it gets harder not to eat.  So if you are trying to loose weight, try to watch less TV.

Day 10 - Walmart shopping cart

Here you can see what I am getting:

1) Eggs for my hard boiled egg whites in the evening

2) The Advant Edge Carb Control shakes

3) Sara Lee 100% Whole wheat bread with only 1 gram of sugar

4) Jello Sugar free snacks

I am not getting any cottage cheese as I am stacked up pretty good on that
