Day 7 - Bedtime Snack - Hard boiled Eggs with a myoplex shake

Then of course my bedtime snack. Hard Boiled eggs with a Myoplex shake. This is very filling and with all the protein and previous weight lifting, my body should be very busy tonight building muscle and burning calories.

Day 7 - Second evening meal - Cottage Cheese

Well again to help sustain muscle and help with muscle growth, I have a large bowl of cottage cheese for dinner with blueberry yogurt for dinner.  Lots or protein and as I have said earlier, it is somewhat  slow digesting and keeps you fuller longer.  I also had a Myoplex carb sense nutrition shake which is not pictured.

Then take a picture of what is left. That was good!

Day 7 - Day of Rest

No working out today.  Need to let my body heal and rest. All this healing and muscle building I should still be loosing weight. Will see tomorrow.  I will just enjoy the day. Will still be staying on the planned diet though.

It is taking a little bit more time then I anticipated to get all these pictures and posts up. That is why Day 6 got split over two days. I am currently 4 to 5 days behind in posting. Making very good progress and will get all the pictures & results up ASAP.

Now on to day 7.
