I am currently about 4 days behind in posting my progress

It is taking a little bit more time then I anticipated to get all these pictures and posts up. That is why Day 6 got split over two days. I am currently 4 to 5 days behind in posting. Making very good progress and will get all the pictures & results up ASAP.

Now on to day 7.

Day 6 - Evening Workout

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness

After the mall I headed straight to Anytime Fitness as I have my Gym bag with me…

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio session 1

30 minutes of Cardio on the EFX machine

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness - Leg Press

Then on to weights. Tonight I am working on legs. It is the 6th day of the first week. Tomorrow I am resting. So I decided to save legs for the last night so they can get a full 48 hours of rest with no cardio in between.

So I start with 5 sets of the leg press with medium/heavy weight…

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness - Leg Curls

Then on to 5 sets of leg extensions with medium to heavy weight

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness - Leg curls

Then it is 5 sets of leg curls with medium to heavy weight. This one is hard as I don’t think I fit on the machine properly. I like the leg curl machines where you lay on your stomach. But for now this will do…

Day 6 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio session 2

Then I finish off tonight with 20 more minutes of Cardio on the bike.

Great workout for the end of the week.

Day 6 - Morning Workout - Ipod

Got my Ipod set to go

Then 30 minutes of cardio to start out the day.

Had a great workout and feeling good. My heart rate should be elevated for a while longer thus burning more calories for the day.

Day 5 - Evening workout - Cardio & lower back

Day 5 - Anytime Fitness

After work it is time for my second workout of the day at Anytime Fitness. I just love this gym.

Day 5 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio

To start we do 30 minutes of cardio on the Elliptical

Day 5 - Anytime Fitness - Weights - Lower Back

Then on to the weights. I am only working out one major muscle group per once per week. I already did Chest, Upper Back, Shoulders, & abs this week. So tonight will be an easy night. I will just do lower back.

After weight training I also did 20 more minutes on the Elliptical.  I did not post a picture as I already have one from this evening.

Day 5 - Anytime Fitness - All done

All done. Feeling good. Tonights workout took a little over an hour. I waste no time.

Day 5 - Morning Cardio

First workout of the day.  30 minutes on the Elliptical.  I feel totally rested now since I took off the previous nite.    Muscles and joints all feel GOOD!!
