Day 3 - Pack my Gym bag

Make sure I do not forget my evening workout gear. As I said previously. It is much easier to make it to the gym after work if you have all your gear with you .

As is the rule now. After my weigh in I get my Ipod ready and do 30 minutes of Cardio.

It is hard to get a clear shot when you are moving like crazy and holding a camera. If you can make it out, you can see I only have 20 seconds to go on my 30 minute cardio session.

Since I packed my Gym bag I can go straight to Anytime Fitness for my evening workout.

Start off with 30 minutes of Cardio

Then weights. Tonight I am working on my back and biceps.

A few rows. This is a good exercise for the back.

Some Curls

Then it is back to cardio to finish off with 20 minutes on the bike.

All done, we can not head home. Feeling pretty good.

Be Prepared - Don’t forget to take your Gym Bag. This is vital to bring your Gym bag with you to work. So then after work you can go straight to the gym before you go home. Once I go home, I don’t want to leave again

Had a good 30 minute cardio workout. It is funny as it is pretty hard to take pictures of yourself working out. So Here is a snap shot after my workout drying off. Feeling good! My headache went away.
