I am currently about 4 days behind in posting my progress

It is taking a little bit more time then I anticipated to get all these pictures and posts up. That is why Day 6 got split over two days. I am currently 4 to 5 days behind in posting. Making very good progress and will get all the pictures & results up ASAP.

Now on to day 7.

Day 6 - Bad stuff

When you are on a weight loss program such as mine.  PretzelMaker is the LAST place you want to eat.  There Pretzels are very good though.  I just keep on walking by.

Had a great workout day. Muscles feel tired so it is time for a nice hot bath to unwind!!

Day 4 - listen to your body

After work today I was all set to head to the gym for me evening work out. However something did not feel right. My joints were pretty sore, plus a few other minor nuances. So I decided to take the night off from working out and let my body take care of itself. When doing a program such as this it is VERY important you listen to your body. If something does not feel right take the day off.. You don’t want to injure yourself. If you do you won’t be able to workout at all.

Even though I am resting tonight I am still burning calories as my muscles are still busy recouping from my weight lifting the last few nights.

A friend at work gave me some of this.  Very interesting. It actually has Green Tea in it which is good for you. However it also has Aspartame in it as well which is bad for you.  It is never a win win situation when it comes to snacks like this.
