Forgot to mention before the last post. After my first workout I took my morning body building supplements to help with muscle growth. With this program we don’t want to loose any muscle. We want to gain muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. The more calories you burn, the less fat you will have.

After dinner it is time for my after dinner supplements and vitamins.

Before I go to bed, must make sure I don’t forget my Vitamins.

I am guessing I must have lost too much water the day before. Will need to say very hydrated today. When working out I like to take Aspirin as it not only gets rid of your headache. It also thins the blood and you can carry more oxygen to your muscles, thus stimulating more muscle growth. Of course this in turn helps with a higher resting metabolism and consequently more weight loss.
