Day 1 - Dinner - Cottage Cheese - Blueberry Yogurt and a Myoplex nutrition shake

My Evening meal. It is actually very good. Very filling, high protein, little carbs and digests very slowly so it keeps you full longer.

Dinner also includes a Myoplex Carbsense Nutrition shake. This is the best protein shake I have ever had. It tastes awesome and best of all it is only 150 calories. As you can see it has 25 grams of protein, only 5 grams of carbs and no sugar.
