- Time: About twenty minutes.

MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken usually (From a vast sandwich during Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex Carbsense Nutrition Shake.
- misc: assorted drinks no cal by out a day as well as copiousness of water.
