Day 10 - WalMart SuperCenter Shopping trip - Due to a recommendation from a friend, I am tonight doing a little shopping at Wal Mart to pick up a New EAS Advant Edge Carb Control shake. It is supposed to have only 100 calories and 1 gram of carbs. Compared to the Myoplex shakes which has 150 Calories and 5 grams of carbs, this should be a nice switch. I think EAS makes the best nutrition shakes.
