Day eleven - Cottage Cheese & Carb Control Shake

Again for my dusk meal.  we am carrying the low fat play of lodge cheese with blueberry yogurt.

Day eleven - Boiled Egg Whites as well as Lowfat Jello

Several hours after for my time to go to bed snack, it is about 6 fully cooked egg whites as well as the integrate low fat jello deserts.
