Day 11 - Cottage Cheese & Carb Control Shake

Again for my evening meal.  I am having a low fat bowl of cottage cheese with blueberry yogurt.

Day 11 - Boiled Egg Whites and Lowfat Jello

Several hours later for my bedtime snack, it is about 6 boiled egg whites and a couple low fat jello deserts.
