Day 11 - Evening Protein Supplement

I have started to take this protein supplement in the early evening before my evening workout and before I eat dinner. This does a few beneficial things.

- Helps keep my metabolism up by helping my body stay away from starvation mode

- Gives me more protein to help with muscle growth

- nice little mid-day grape snack

Because it is all protein and no carbs, I feel it assists in fat burning by a combination of the first two items. Higher metabolism with muscle growth = less fat.
