Day 11 - Evening workout at Anytime Fitness

I started off with 30 minutes of Cardio.

Then on to the weights. Tonight I am working out Back and Biceps. I work out only one major muscle group per week.


Some sets of pull downs from two different machines. I do this for about 5 sets maxing out at about 8 to 10 reps per set.

Then I finish off with bicep curls.
I think I am going to skip my 20 minute cardio workout after I do big muscle groups and see how things go.
