Day 2 - Evening workout at Anytime Fitness





Day 2 - Anytime Fitness

Since I packed my Gym bag I can go straight to Anytime Fitness for my evening workout.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio

Start off with 30 minutes of Cardio

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Weights: Back

Then weights.  Tonight I am working on my back and biceps.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Weights: Back 2

A few rows.  This is a good exercise for the back.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Weights: Curls

Some Curls

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio on the bike

Then it is back to cardio to finish off with 20 minutes on the bike.

Day 2 - Anytime Fitness - Done and time to head home

All done, we can not head home.  Feeling pretty good.
