- Cardio: twenty min of Cardio upon a bike.
MEALS:
- First Meal: Chicken usually (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken during Quiznos) & a Diet Coke
- Second Meal: Large Bowl of lodge Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nourishment shake.
- Misc: assorted no cal drinks by out a day as well as copiousness of water.
