Tonight rather then the Peanut butter sandwich. I decided to have about a half dozen hard boiled egg whites. This is much better the the PB sandwich and is just as filling. Egg whites have complete proteins. No fat and no carbs. They are about 15 calories per egg.

Don’t eat the yokes as they are all fat and about 35 calories each.
