Day 5 - Evening workout - Cardio & lower back





Day 5 - Anytime Fitness

After work it is time for my second workout of the day at Anytime Fitness. I just love this gym.

Day 5 - Anytime Fitness - Cardio

To start we do 30 minutes of cardio on the Elliptical

Day 5 - Anytime Fitness - Weights - Lower Back

Then on to the weights. I am only working out one major muscle group per once per week. I already did Chest, Upper Back, Shoulders, & abs this week. So tonight will be an easy night. I will just do lower back.

After weight training I also did 20 more minutes on the Elliptical.  I did not post a picture as I already have one from this evening.

Day 5 - Anytime Fitness - All done

All done. Feeling good. Tonights workout took a little over an hour. I waste no time.
