DAY 6 – BEDTIME SNACK

Day 6 - Boiled Eggs - time to go to bed snack

For my time to go to bed break we am unequivocally starting to similar to a fully cooked egg whites. They keep me only as full as a Peanut Butter Sandwiches from earlier. But a eggs have been reduction calories, no fat as great as no carbs. They have been all protein. we customarily have about 6. They have been about fifteen calories a piece. we additionally operate low sodium salt upon them as great as pepper. Do not eat a yokes as they have been all fat.




Since we am starting to do complicated weight training, we should have about 1 gram of protein per lb of gaunt physique weight per day. For me which is around 150 lbs. So we am essay to have about 150 grams of protein per day.
