Day 6 - Weight Loss, Diet, Excercise Summary





WEIGHT: 166.6 (-.4 lbs from previous day)

FIRST WORKOUT (before work)

- 30 minutes of Cardio on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 170 BPM. (home gym)

SECOND WORKOUT (after work)

- Cardio: 30 Minutes on the Elliptical. Heart rate averaged about 150 BPM

- Weights: Legs: Leg Press - 5 sets

- Weights: Legs: Leg Extensions - 5 sets

- Weights: Legs: Leg Curls - 5 sets

- Time: About 30 minutes.

- Cardio: 20 min of Cardio on the Bike.

MEALS:

- First Meal: Chicken only (Large Honey Bourbon Chicken at Quiznos) & a Diet Coke

- Second Meal: Large Bowl of cottage Cheese with low cal Blueberry Yogurt. Myoplex carbsense nutrition shake.

- Bed Time snack - 6 Boiled egg whites with seasoning.

- Misc: various no cal drinks through out the day and plenty of water.

- Vitamins and supplements.
