Day 7 - Second evening meal - Cottage Cheese

Well again to help sustain muscle and help with muscle growth, I have a large bowl of cottage cheese for dinner with blueberry yogurt for dinner.  Lots or protein and as I have said earlier, it is somewhat  slow digesting and keeps you fuller longer.  I also had a Myoplex carb sense nutrition shake which is not pictured.
