Day 9 - Evening workout at Anytime Fitness

Day 9 and time for the after work evening workout.

Day 9 - Anytime fitness - Cardio

30 minutes of Cardio on the EFX machine

Day 9 - Anytime fitness - weights

Then about 20 minutes of weights. Tonight I worked on Chest and Triceps. After Chest and Tris were done. I then did about 20 more minutes of cardio on the Bike. I did not get any pictures of that though.
