Today I figured out which my scale allows me to weigh myself initial afterwards grab my camera and take the photo.  So this is my loyal weight but my camera.  My camera weighs just 3 lbs.  So formed on my day 7 weigh in – reduction my 3 lb camera.  I have lost .4 lbs.  Not bad.
