im 16 and thats what i find helps me the most with stress, and parents… a time to get away, while getting in shape too.
lastly, go with the flow! my vball coach always told me, there are no mistakes, only learning experiences

first, and believe me, it’s better NOT to argue with your parents. they honestly know what’s best. it may seem crappy now, but later you’ll realize why they acted they way they did. second, you need to find someone to listen to you about your stress. and stay in school, you’ll need it later on.as for friends, don’t hang out with people who bring you down, it adds to the stress. if you want to ask me any other specific questions, or talk to me, feel free to email

well just to let you know, you’re not alone i sometimes feel tis way too. To try and move on you should try thinking about the good things that might come in the future, like if when you get older you want to get married and want to have kids or whatever just think of that and the things you’ll have to go through to get to that point. good luck

this is a very typical feeling for someone your age. life is full of up’s and down’s. Just don’t dwell in your slump for too long, or it could end up as serious depression.
when i used to feel that, way, i’d read some writings by a poet/philosopher named Kahlil Gibran. I recoment the book “Sand and Foam” or his most popular piece “The Prophet.”
here’s an example of something you might read:
“learning follows paths,
we note the start but not the end.
for time and fate must rule the course
while we see not beyond the bend”

Alright first of all you can’t just get “TIPS”. Haven’t you heard of the expression “YOU CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE”?
If you obviously know that you gotta move on then what are you waiting for? If we could actually go in the past, then nobody would be here today because EVERYONE would want to go the past. Actually, if you keep letting yourself down like that you’re never going to be able to enjoy the wonderful things in life. There are MANY things that you probably haven’t experienced or been through and you probably won’t if you keep on being on the past.
