Day 12 Weigh In.
I lost about .2 lbs from the previous day. The daily weigh ins seem to go up and down with regards to how much weight I loose per day. I am glad though that it is slowly going down overall.

Again for my evening meal. I am having a low fat bowl of cottage cheese with blueberry yogurt.

Several hours later for my bedtime snack, it is about 6 boiled egg whites and a couple low fat jello deserts.

Day 11 - Evening workout at Anytime Fitness

I started off with 30 minutes of Cardio.

Then on to the weights. Tonight I am working out Back and Biceps. I work out only one major muscle group per week.


Some sets of pull downs from two different machines. I do this for about 5 sets maxing out at about 8 to 10 reps per set.

Then I finish off with bicep curls.
I think I am going to skip my 20 minute cardio workout after I do big muscle groups and see how things go.

I have started to take this protein supplement in the early evening before my evening workout and before I eat dinner. This does a few beneficial things.
- Helps keep my metabolism up by helping my body stay away from starvation mode
- Gives me more protein to help with muscle growth
- nice little mid-day grape snack
Because it is all protein and no carbs, I feel it assists in fat burning by a combination of the first two items. Higher metabolism with muscle growth = less fat.

Day 11 - Aquafina Water at Quiznos
I am trying to drink more water and less soda. The more water you drink the better your body is able to metabolize fat. Plus it is a natural appetite suppressant.
