@pap0ndn3na no. You have to do this exersise everyother day or twice the week with the mangle in between days. Reason for that? It helps your muscles recover. REMEBER to do cardio upon the off days, or everyday. But if we have been only starting or have been recuperating from the damage begin slow. Do this twice the week, as well as cardio once or twice the week.
