I commend you on your weight loss. I have been trying to loss weight forever and nothing seems to work but, eating less and moving more, I’m just not losing it fast enough. Wish I had the strength you have… I’d feel much better about myself. Keep up the good work!!!

OMG!! I have 30lbs to loose that I put on over 2yrs. And of course I want it gone yesterday so it is easy for me to get discouraged. But seeing your video made me realize how much 5lbs can be. I mean it looks like you lost 20lbs girl!! Awesome

im 16 also and im tryna lose weight its so hard and im big but i’ve started dieting and i now eat 1 big meal around 5;30 or 6 and i only drink water i use to be heavy on kolaid and pop and i eat salads only baked food no snacks its hard but im determined and im dedicated and i have will power

Just try to do some form of exercise most days of the week. And stop eating white foods: ie sugar, flour, rice etc.
You’ll be fine, at 16 your metabolism is sped up, you just have to be dedicated

i lose 41kg (90.3lbs) in year. i was 106.6kg before and now im 65.6kg/176CM tall and feels great
just eating less and more exercise. now i have to get my stomach tight….

Way to go!!! I wish I could gain that kind of motivation. I have a 5 month old baby (breastfeeding) and its hard to get out. Should i not worry about it now and wait until the baby is older?
