Hi Guys and Gals. Welcome to my new Blog. I am Wade and this is a blog about my 30 day quest to loose 20 lbs. This is not a long term plan of rapid weight loss but to basically kick start phase two when the 30 days is over which I will go into detail at a later time.

The plan for this site is to make a detailed photo journal of every aspect of this transformation along with a few thoughts of each photo and how it all plays into the big picture with the ultimate goal of a buff body :-) I set up this blog first and foremost for motivation and inspiration. Not only motivation for myself to keep at it, but most importantly motivation for you…. As we all know motivation is the key to successful weight loss and if you can see what is working with someone else it may inspire you to try out some of the techniques or work at your own program that much harder.

So won’t you come and join me for the next 30 days. It would be my honor to have you along for the ride. Comments are always welcome and encouraged. If anyone has any questions I will do my best to answer each and every one.
